Information You Provide

When you or your organization signs up for SafeInside, we may collect:

• Company name and contact information (name, email address, phone number)
• Billing information — processed securely through Stripe; we do not store payment card details
• Team size and industry information provided during onboarding
• Communications you send us (emails, support requests, survey responses)

Information Collected Automatically

When users access the SafeInside portal or website, we may automatically collect:

• IP address and general location (city/region level only)
• Device type and browser information
• Pages visited and audio content accessed within the portal
• Date and time of access
• Referring website or source

Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit, what pages they visit, and what other sites they used prior to visiting. We use this information to improve our website and services. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit, not your name or other identifying information.

You may opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Our website also uses minimal cookies necessary for basic site functionality through Wix. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell your browsing data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the SafeInside portal and services
• Process payments and send billing-related communications
• Send pilot summaries, renewal reminders, and service updates
• Respond to your questions and support requests
• Improve our content and platform based on aggregate usage data
• Send mid-pilot and end-of-pilot feedback surveys

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Portal Access and Employee Privacy

SafeInside is designed with employee privacy in mind. Employees who access the portal do so through a shared link provided by their employer. We do not require individual employees to create accounts or provide personal information.

Aggregate, non-identifiable usage data (e.g., how often the portal is accessed during a pilot period) may be shared with the subscribing organization as part of service reporting. We do not track individual employee behavior or create personal profiles of your team members.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We work with a limited number of trusted third-party service providers to operate our business:

• Stripe — payment processing (governed by Stripe's own Privacy Policy)
• Wix — website and portal hosting
• Google Workspace — email and internal communications
• Google Analytics — website usage analytics (see Section 1)

These providers are contractually required to protect your information and may only use it to perform services on our behalf. We will disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of M Plus Three LLC, SafeInside, our clients, or others.

5. Data Retention

We retain client account information for the duration of your subscription or pilot period and for three (3) years afterward for legal and business purposes. Survey responses and usage reports are retained for the same period. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us at hello@safeinside.co.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

• Password-protected and link-based portal access
• Secure HTTPS connections across all pages
• Encrypted payment processing through Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified)
• Limited internal access to client data on a need-to-know basis

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage clients to keep their portal credentials and links confidential and to notify us immediately if they suspect unauthorized access.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of non-essential communications
• Opt out of Google Analytics data collection

8. Children's Privacy

SafeInside is intended for use by businesses and their adult employees. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email at least 15 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
